Although certain aspects of The Seven Faces of Dr. Lao may seem problematical these days, I’ve always found its message of wonder, tolerance, and the affirmation of art to be enlightening in all meanings of the word. It has certainly lightened my heart. A childhood favorite. The full film is well worth watching.
