I had completely forgotten the 1985 movie until it came up (for free) on YouTube, and that reminded me that I used to have this novelization. About standard, as such things go, certainly not a classic. Well, it was Sherlock (of a sorts) and it was Senor Spielbergo. Probably sold in an effort to plump out a load to sell at Half-Price. Chris Columbus was not yet a director at the time.
