What a concept. An action figure based on the toy of a character. A toy that we actually HAD, and whose remains reside in the Big Toy Box today; it’s wingless, of course, so basically worthless. I’ve really got to get into that box again one of these days, if I can ever gather the muscle together to gain access. The articulated wings and hinged jaw make it technically an action figure, and not just a figurine.
