I suppose Gaiman and Pratchett will always be double-billed, just like Tolkien and Lewis or Chesterton and Belloc. Terry Pratchett has been dead for years now, but his heirs and assigns have proven quite adept at collecting 'new' found material to publish, as well as art inspired by his work. Neil Gaiman seems to have slowed his output quite a bit, no doubt connected with his busy television work and ... other considerations.
