Another enhancement of one of my 'End of the Year' drawings, a little tradition that developed when I was still drawing on a regular basis. Each summed up my attitude to the passing year and hopes for the next. This was the last 0f 2011. My attitude was rather bleak right then as shown by the tombstone/milestones stretching into the distance. There have been several enhancements of end of the year pictures on NOT already.
If my calculations are correct (and at the moment I'm not too sure they are) this is the two-thousand, eight-hundred, and eightyth post on the Niche so far. Somewhere along the way I've developed the pointless ambition to bring the blog up to a nice round number by my birthday in late July without having to resort to pointless filler too often. I think this post just nudges its way past being pointless. It is, in its way, another, lesser milestone.
