I have a most haphazard collection of comics books, some of which used to belong to the whole family. It is not a large collection, but bits and pieces of it have entered our family lore, and some phrases still haunt our conversation, popping up unexpectedly like bedsheet ghosts in a carnival ride. But as comparatively small as it is, it would be tedious to list every single issue. So I'm only going to put up a few representative covers and a panel or two to indicate what struck me about each.
