Wideo Wednesday: The Amazing Disappearing Apologist

I've posted before about my enthusiasm for Jimmy Akin as a Catholic apologist (with a very Babellian interest in strange phenomena). I haven't been so interested in his  personal weight loss saga (featuring intermittent fasting) until I read Dr. Fung's book The Obesity Code, also featuring intermittent fasting. Using a combination of Fung's regimen and Akin's recipes, in one day of dieting I lost 3 1/2 pounds and my glucose (dangerously high) went down 70 points! Now, I know it's easy to lose weight when you just start a diet (probably most of it was water weight) but I think I might have just hit on a formula that works for me, if I can keep it up. Yesterday I had one meal in the evening of konjac noodles with Raos tomato and basil sauce, and it filled me up. It's almost 9 AM in the morning as I post this, and I'm not even hungry yet. I'm going to see if I can keep this up. Lent fasting begins in March, and that and Jimmy's example might keep me going for a while. There are, of course, a lot of foods that I can have (suggestions are listed in the Code) but here are some from Akin's YouTube posts.
